How much is too much?

I was banded a week ago Monday. I fell fine except for some gas! I've doing my routine activity and today I went to the golf driving range and hit some golf balls. (I was bored) I feel fine afterwards except for some arm and hip soreness. Did i do too much??? Could I have caused a slippage? Like I said, I feel perfectly fine but now I feel guilty??

My doctor encouraged me to be out walking and doing any excercise I felt up to doing, as long as it wasn't something that strained the stomach muscles. Avoid lifting more than 10 pounds, don't do situps or crunches, and you should be just fine.

I'm happy that you're feeling so well! Enjoy the warm weather and be active! It's great for your body. :)

My surgeon advises not lifting more than 25 pounds for the 1st 6 weeks and no abdominal exercising for that period of time. Anything else is fine. It sounds like you did not over do it.
