Is it ok to eat more then a cup if it's salad lett Tom cukes and protein like chicken or shrimp?

    Yes, my doctor says when I'm hungrier than usual to eat all the cucumbers and lettuce I want just to chew it well. It's more or less a "free" food in the aspect the calories are negligible. The dressing is what is not a free food.
