So its been 2 months since I had my band fixed but I'm sad to say I haven't had any weight loss. Im confused because I know I have at least 5cc in my band but I have no restrictions at all . I had slight restrictions before I went into surgery with the same amount of Fluid. I did however manage to maintain my weight. My doctor did tell me he slightly moved my band from its original location. I feel like going backwards again. Also I have been having gas like crazy. Is it just me or am I going crazy??

Not crazy and maybe your body is adjusting to the new band and its location. I am six months into this and lost a lot before 5 months and then stopped and have picked up a bit, but I do the 2 pound bump. I will lose 4 pounds and then bump back up 2 pounds, down and up for about 1 to 2 weeks and then lose some more. A bit frustrating, but better than before the band will all I did was go UP! Be patient, and best of luck.

It doesn't matter how much is in your band, what matters is how you feel. Keep working your way to the green zone.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
