Yea but I'm just wondering if the mini omelette and a yogurt is too much to eat for Breakfast I would think its ok especially wen this forum says u can have 2 mini omelettes just trying to confirm

Check your doctors list. eggs weren't on my "soft" list. As far as having both, again consult the list. She should have listed an amount per meal at this point.

If its not - call. Don't take chances.

The nutritionist as well said I can have eggs I'm only having if 700 cal a day for my mushies its eggs as long as no fryed eggs soft veggies refried Beans yogurt string cheese
