Awesome effort so far!! I am getting banded next Wednesday and cant wait. 40 pounds without the band is a super start! You must feel really proud of yourself :)

I have been reading everything I can, my main aim before surgery was to curb my sugar addiction - its been hard! I have had the shakes, headaches and I feel like a drug addict!

Good luck with your surgery, I will be watching out for you :)

I'm 9/4. Hoping to loose about 80 pounds. And NOT the same 10 over and over and over. Lol.
