The first 4-6 weeks after surgery are for following your post op diet and healing not losing. Right now, giving your stomach time to heal is the priority.

Btw, losing 3lbs in 2 weeks is actually right on par with where you should be. The average weight loss with the band is 1-2 pounds per week. You've lost 1.5 pounds per week.

Best wishes.

Like mis73 said. Welcome to the site and best wishes on your healing! You are only 12 days out of surgery, you know. Calm down!!!
