Activia yogurt

Does anyone know if it's ok to to eat any type of Activia yogurt once your banded? I used to eat it all the time pre-op. I eat regular low fat yogurt and greek yogurt almost daily for protein.

The information provided to me by my Registered Dietician post-op indicates that the yogurts after surgery are OK -- also a great source of Protein. If you like the kind with the fruit in the bottom just be sure that you chew the chunks up enough to pass through your band without causing problems. I like the peach and blood orange - they seem to go down smoothly without any issues.

Good luck!!
