5th day on the optifast

Whew! It has been a long battle and I'm only on day five. I get full but when I smell real food, I'm craving and it's like torture. So I've been staying away from the kitchen, cafe at work and restaurants.

    Thank you so much. I have been thus far. When I get weak, I look at this dress I'm waiting to wear. Lol I just didn't think it would be so hard not to eat food. Lol
