From the bottom of my heart I wanted to thank everyone that has posted information on this site. At 9:30am today I will not only start a new chapter in my life but I will begin a new book! As of today the old me will be a old book and the new healthier me will be born! I have been giving a second chance on life and only you all know what that feels like! I don't post often because every time I log in I I get so overjoyed with all of the people that have so many GREAT advice! Because of this site I am not scared of what my life after banding will be like because I know that I have you all and my love ones as a support team! Once again THANKS SO MUCH!

Good luck on your weight loss journey! This page has a very supportive group of people on it. So many times, there are questions that we need answered about this journey. This is a great forum to get answers to those questions. Keep us informed of your progress.
