Silly mental "trick"

  • Popular Post

For me, so much of weight loss and control is mental. Well I figured out a silly little trick to help me mentally.

I had spaghetti for dinner for the first time post op. So I go to weigh out a serving of whole grain spaghetti. 2 ounces seems like such a small amount. However, if I switch the units over to grams, I get to have 56 grams! 56 is so much more than 2!

I know it's stupid, but it really made me happy.
