tighter with the weather?

Ok...so I've been a bandster since 2008...overall lost 147lbs. I've had 3 fills since then with my last at the end of march this year. I currently have 5.7cc in a 10cc band. After my last fill I could hardly keep anything down for two weeks..I thought I should go for an unfill but I usually swell up pretty bad so I decided to wait it out. It got better..but would still get "tighter" when I was stressed..etc. Lately its been very hot..like almost 100 degree temps..and I've been finding that I am superrr tight where I can barely get any liquids down. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am 17 days banded and I am having a hard time with liquids in general. Since its been super hot I have been wanting to drink water like I had before I was banded. this sipping stuff sucks but my doctor and lbf just said just keep sipping slow.

Frustrating when you want to just down an entire bottke of water! Thats always been the hardest thing for me...the sipping

yes, I have been trying to get a video or ask someone to show me how they sip their water and be satisfied. I always have been a water drinker and have been known to down a gallon of water in a day. Now I feel like I am going to be sipping for hours until I am not thirsty anymore. This heat doesnt help, its 98 today.
