WOMEN:

What was the weight gain like for y'all in the days right before your period. I have gained four pounds. I was feeling so good about maybe being in the green zone with fill #3. In certainly feeling satisfied earlier and for way longer. But what the heck if I didn't gain 4 pound in 3 days!!!!

Uggghhhh!!! Anyone else see this??

Yes, I am just finishing up old flo right now. Although this time I did not gain anything, I frequently will gain a couple of pounds. It usually comes back off pretty quickly once my "friend" has left!

Mine goes up several lbs a day or two prior and is back off by time TOM is over

if its water, you will pee it out...i have been know to gain about ten...

why i always say i go by am i losing inches as the scale is so fickle...just my opinion

Every time! I drink lots and lots of water and lemon juice. That stupid, fickle scale is the reason I'm not allowing myself to weigh in until the end of the month. It messes with my head!!!

Does your band get tighter around the time of your period?? Maybe it's just me, but mine seems to like clamp down!! Strange.....

  • 2 weeks later...

Yes mine has always felt a little tighter right before my period.
