Nervous

Am I the only one that is still hunger even after eating or drinking protein? I am not doing well with this band sometimes it restricts and other times it's like I have no band at all. I have a appt. on 7-16-13 and embarrassed to go and really want to hide because I feel like I am failing. I have only lost about 30lbs since Nov 2011. I need some major motivation!!!!

Make sure you talk to your nut. If you are banded in 2011, why are you still drinking protein? You definitely will not feel full for long drinking your protein. Have you tried going to just real food? Just a suggestion. I haven't had a protein drink since six months post op.

I feel desperate at times and think if I drink the protein it will make up for what i'm not eating (protein wise). I am not a good food planner and will eat whatever is available. I am really going to try to focus on my eating habits and choosing better meals / snacks.
