Do you only eat when your hungry?

OK, I've been stalled for a few weeks and I'm wondering why this is...my restriction varies...really tight to normally tight so I really don't want to get a fill right now...

My question to you is do you eat only when hungry...I've been eating three times a day because I should...not because I was hungry...but I'm concerned I won't get enough calories in if I don't eat...

Let me know your thoughts.

i have been eating 3 meals a day hungry or not. i dont seem to get hungry as often, but when i do its like ohhh im HUNGRY. so if i have my meals and eat them on schedule i dont get super hungry. when i do get that super hungry feeling thats when i make poor chioces or eat to fast. i try to keep it nipped in the bud.

my Snacks are sugar alcohal candy bars so they dont give a 'full' feeling.

For me it would be very difficult to eat only when I'm hungry. I work in a hospital and I move from patient to patien, floor to floor, and even building to building all day long. I have to eat when I have time. Otherwise when I do get hungry, I may not be able to get to any food for quite a while.

When I'm not at work, I don't wait until I'm hungry either, because like you, I really never get hungry.
