Protein shake idea

I'm on day 3 of my second pre-op run. I had to cancel the first surgery date due to getting Lyme Disease 4 days before surgery.( Lucky me!) I found putting the protein shake in a blender with a few ice cubes makes it taste lighter and creamier - more like an ice cream shake. I especially like the caramel flavor. Good luck to all those like me counting down!

The best shake that I have found is Shakeology! All Natural, Vegan and Gluten free! strawberry has 16 g Protein in each serving and only 21g carbs!

I've had lap-band for many years and this is the best I have found due to the Vitamin and mineral content. As part of long term side effects of lap-band you really can get depleted in these which can make you feel really bad. Make sure you are meeting your daily requirements!!!!!

Look into Shakeology at www.beachbodycoach.com/danadjoplin

Good luck to you!
