getting banded july 17

Hi everyone....how has everyone been doin...is there anyone getting banded on the 17...cause i have a question i was anemic yrs back...im really concern about my diet what protein is the best i start my diet on monday...

    Hi Veronica. My surgeon suggests to use Isopure. 2 Shakes & a small meal equalling a total of 800 calories. Im surprised, usually the Dr's office or Bariatric Center provides that info. I'm going to be banded on 7/10 Good luck. Keep in touch.
