First NSV...

  • Popular Post

I've been wondering what my first NSV might be...essentially trying things out that I couldn't do or was way too afraid to do before....well, we hit the pool today (me and my two little munchkins) and I was able to easily get in and out without having to use the ladder! I haven't hoisted my body up like that for a loooong time...

The best part was that i didn't even think about it until i was already out of the pool. I just did it. When it hit me i just stopped in my tracks and if i was less worried about looking like a crazy lady i would have danced a little jig right then and there.

It made me all the more motivated. I've been exercising too...running and Zumba have helped me build up my muscles and I know that's partly why it happened so naturally. Loving this and can't wait for more!

Awww...thanks! That's part of my, "I made this choice" behavior. I suppose I could complain all day long about missing my salt and vinegar chips, but what a waste of my energy! ;). I'll save it for a kick butt Zumba class. :)

Congrats and best wishes on your 1st NSV, and all the more to come!
