surgery june 17

Hi....every one im new here...im schedule for june 17 and im very nervous i also have a hernia they have to repair...@ scared about the pain is it worse than a csection i gain to much weight since ive had my twins..i start my diet on monday can yall please give me some advised what to take...thanks and god bless u ;)
