First Fill

I had my first fill on Tuesday and I was on a liquid diet and tired to eat a soft diet on last night and things went wrong, I could not stand up and the pain in my stomach was something I have never experience. I have always been a very very slow eater and have always eaten slow I'm not sure if I'm to tight or should I stay on a liquid diet a little longer. Thank you!

Stay on liquids longer and when you move to softies ensure they have no color - something about food with color upsets the band! I am on my 4th fill and preaching this to myself.

Also try to drink something hot in the morn as it helps you for the day :)

Thank you so much for the reply, I know that everyone's body is different but it helps to get advice from those that have already had fills:-)
