emilybites

I have recently discovered Emilybites.com . She converts recipes to conform to weight watchers points and breaks down calories, protein, etc. I thought I would try something just to see if it was edible.. sometimes I am not the best at following recipes... okay so I made three things so far.. eggplant parmesan , was really good.. 4 pieces @ 153 calories .. my husband said it was as good as olive garden's?? wow.. I also made beef & brocoli, slowcooker.. 300 calories for 1 cup// taste as good as take out chinese.. then the best was beef braciole.. this is so good and it also cooks in the slow cooker.. if you get tired of eating the same ole stuff all the time, try this website.. If I can make this stuff anybody can...
