May 5, 200620 yr It had been awhile since I took the Real Age Test. I'm 49, but my "real age" was 54 last year. Today, my "real age" is 46.9. It's a nice way to see how you are doing in the new lifestyle. http://www.oprah.com/health/lifestages/realage/health_real_main.jhtml
May 5, 200620 yr How cool! That "real age" site sure shows what our bad habits can do to us! Thanks for sharing! Now it's time to work on improving my "age" by making some better choices!
May 5, 200620 yr I took the real age test tonight. I am 44 but scored out at almost 60. I believe it since I am diabetic and such. I look forward to testing again in a year and seeing what the difference will be. M:cool:
May 5, 200620 yr I was so surprised -- I figured: over weight, type 2 diabetes, not as much exercise as I should have etc would put my real age much higher than my actual. It was lower though (barely). I am 39 and it came out 37.5. Of course I answered with all my new lifestyle answers (post banding) maybe I'll go back and do it the old me way too....that would be interesting!
