I LOVE Meat Tenderizer!

That's all... I just do!

I'm trying to do Tricia's plateau buster diet (bunches of protein). I tried lunch meat and got a HUGE stuck. Hanging over the kitchen sink thinking oh my gosh - my chest is going to explode and I'm going to throw up! Tried the holding breath thing and it wasn't working. It took me three trips between the pantry and the sink to find the meat tenderizer (Fajita Seasoning is what I use). I put a little Water in a spoon and then loaded the spoon with fajita seasoning and down the hatch. After about 15 seconds things start gurgling in my chest. Started feeling less pressure almost immediately. After about 4 minutes, I feel soooooo much better.

Strange - but it works. Now as my friend Laura says... she's not so sure about the meat tenderizer... as our insides are "meat", too. Might be tenderizing stuff we need in there... :-) I don't know, but it was a definite life saver for me.

Hi,

I have found 100% success with papaya enzyme (has the same ingredients as meat tenderizer). I get it from the health food store and I buy the kind with the most enzyme in it. So far, papaya enzyme has "unstuck" me, without a PB, six times. It has worked within about 10 minutes each time.
