Tried something different tonight, and the family requested that it be put on the regular rotation schedule.
Lean ground Turkey
Taco Seasoning
diced green chili
Low Fat cheese
Greek Yogurt
Bean chips.
layer the chips with the seasoned ground turkey, top with diced chilies, low fat cheese and pop in the microwave until the cheese is melted, top with a dollop of yogurt and some sliced olives.
