I don't know if it is to heavy or not but if your on Clear Liquids the first week like I was then it's not on the list. It falls under full liquids, the second week for me anyway. Have no reason as to what the difference really is between the liquids. Is that what you needed to know?

Each do/nut is different. I could have it after 2 days. They wanted me on clear liquids the first 2 days and then I could go to others like milk, shakes, Jello, ice pops, ect. After a week I was allowed softs.

Call the doc / nut and ask.

When you go to sorts I was allowed runny eggs and these were a lifesaver for protein. I was still doing the protein shakes but I would make a large batch flavor of mainly egg whites flavored with seasoning ( non spicy low sodium) and portion them out in glad containers.
