Liquid diet

Ok I was doing fine on this diet till about 3 now I'm STARVING and this is only my first day have 6 more to go. The 2nd protein shake really didn't hold me over as long as the first one. Can you chew sf gum on this diet? Im trying to stay busy but still hungry.

    keep drinking and using the free items you can have (SF popsicles saved me)....and i dont see nothing wrong with the gum part but that is a question for your doctor. you will find after the first 3 to 5 days, you will realize its mainly head hunger you are dealing with. we eat breakfast/lunch/supper/snacks at certain times and if we dont, we are hungry...you wil see what i am talking about the longer you are on the pre op. please keep drinking..you are doing well.....hang in there
