how do I add my surgeons name?

Hello everyone. I am trying to add my surgeons name or soon to be surgeons name and I go to the edit profile and type in my dr.s name and hit save changes and it says setting saved but then the surgeons name never shows up in the profile or patient profile. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? thanks :)

I've had the same problem, entered mine about a dozen times and it won't stay!

Mine was there, but then it disappeared days later. I've come to the conclusion that if your doctor isn't registered with this site, they won't be listed. It seems all doctors seen on the members profiles, are setup in the system (somehow). If I'm wrong in my conclusion, I would love to know what the issue is.

mine does the same thing , it just wont save , I have given up

Thank you everyone for reporting this issue! We're looking into it and will update this thread when we have further info.

If possible, can you let me know what you're using to access the site ? PC ? Tablet ? Mobile ?

Thanks, Alex. I'm using an iMac.

Mine won't update on PC , iPad or iPhone

Dr. Chris Cobourn

I noticed you were able to update to your surgeon, Dr. Chris Cobourn. How'd you do it ? We're rolling out an update in a few weeks which should make this entire process a lot simpler.

I'm not sure how it ended up there , I thought maybe you updated it lol glad its there though

I added my info and it erased. Frustrating!

I can just imagine! Are you using a PC/Mac or mobile device ? Who's your surgeon ?
