protien shakes

Hi Everyone....

I'm a new one....going to have my lapband surgery on May 19, 06

having a little prob as to what taste good for Protein shakes...i've tried curve's vanilla, but it dosen't have that milkshake flavor i'm looking for... any out there that does or close?

8 oz. milk (skim, 1% or Lactaid-whatever you prefer) add 2-3 servings of egg beaters or powdered albumin protein from the health food store. Flavor extracts and artificial sweetener. You could even flavor with a little fruit. Mix it up in blender with ice. I guarantee it will be the best tasting and the least expensive protien shake you will try. :grouphug:

Protein Delite - Scitec Nutruition is my vote for best protein drink. One scoop is 20 grams of protein, add to skim milk for another 8 or 9 grams- has pineapple pieces in the pineapple vanilla. The only thing missing is the rum!!! Reminds me of a pina colada!! Made with Splenda, 112 calrolies, .75g fat, 5 g. carbs. I find mine at Healthkicks....d
