Question about tur results shake

So they gave me the shake for the ore op diet but it doesn't say how much water to mix :(

    Try syntha 6 Peanut Butter cookie it's by far the best Protein Powder I have ever tasted. Also GNC 100% whey sugar cookie comes in at a close second for me
