Yea insurance can be a stickler, I was a cash pay and I consulted on a tues and surgery was the following thursday. Good luck

Hello! I'm new to this forum, and will be going in for my first consult this week. I'm 35 and am (sadly) over 300 pounds. I feel like my battle w weight loss has been like showing up to a gun fight w a knife.
I'm curious what the time frame was for you guys. I know most depends on insurance. How much time was btwn your first consult and your surgery?
