Swollen or not

I am post op 6days now but wondering if I am swollen or not or why am I feeling larger in stomach now than before the surg

      Yes, your stomach is swollen from your surgery. It takes a couple weeks for the swelling to heal. Take gas-x for gas and walk as much as possible to release gas and take swelling down.
