tight after vomiting

I was banded 10/12 and have been pretty successful with it. I vomited about 10 days ago - once - and since, have been uncomfortably tight. I'm going to call my doctor today, but what do you guys usually do when this happens? Go back to liquids for a few days? Do the 5 day pouch test?

I really don't want to have Fluid removed because I was in the green zone. Also, I have NO reflux or PB, so I really don't think it slipped. Maybe it's just irritated and mad at me? I'm going to try liquids today..

and, yes, I'm going to call my doctor.

Thanks in advance!

Calling your doctor is the right answer.
