Does anyone have any good bean burrito recipes? I'm hungry want something good for lunch

Even better idea, burrito stuff bell peppers.

Halve the bell pepper and par cook them for a couple minutes in the microwave, then layer fat free refried Beans, fat free cheese, some nice lean meat, any other toppings, then zap again in the microwave until the cheese is melted and everything is hot. Then top with fat free sour cream and salsa.
