Morning all and Happy Mothers Day Ladies!
Before I scheduled to attend the seminar for the lapband, I called my insurance company to see if it was covered and if so are there any restrictions. I was told that it was covered at 90% with a $250 deductible, $250 copay, & the remaining 10% will be my responsibility. I have Aetna Pos ins and thus far I haven't had any complaints. Is it really as simple as that or will I have to play wait game for the approval letter?
I've chosen to go with a in network provider (Dr. Nagel) who performs out of a IQ (institute of Quality) according to Aetna. I hoping that will cut the out of pocket expense to a minimum.
