Was it hard when you first started? I started Tuesday by walking around the block it took 10 min, and I walked at a brisk pace. I can do it but I can't imagine even doing 1/2 mile right now. How far did you start out walking? You look great and good job by the way.

No it was not hard because i got a good friend who walks with me and she push me to work harder. When I first start walking I walk 1 mile because I didn't want to over do it. You can do!
