Absolutely. Various theories as to why, and usually a warm drink will help you loosen up.

My LB nurse told me to get used to having a Protein shake for the first meal of the day (6:00 am for me), by 9ish I am ready for solid food.

Very normal. A lot of people do shakes or yogurts in the mornning. I usually try to eat breakfast but depending on what I eat I do not always finish. Best thing I like is a greek yogurt and i mix one oz of a healthy nut/seed/fruit mix.

Little tight in am but gets better in evening is this normal

Mine is tight in the morning too. I have one cup of coffee in the morning and a Protein shake. My LB nurse said some people have some mucous in there in the morning and that what causes it. I don't really want anything either but drink the shake so I get my protein.

After this last fill, I too now am tight in am for several hrs
