Annual physical

I had my annual physical with my PCP on Friday. I use to hate this, what bad news was I going to get?

Doctor called this morning with my lab results. She said "Your blood work looks fabulous, keep up the good work." I am so thrilled!

The band is the best thing I've ever done. It saved my life.
