Getting back on the Band wagon

Hi, I fell off the wagon. I hit the red zone and had to be unfilled and went crazy..now I am trying to get back on the wagon and finding it hard to eat right again. Anyone have any advise?

  • Go back to logging and measuring everything. Eat dense protein so you feel full longer. Just remember why you did this. You were successful before, so you can do it. It's a big head game!

  • Are you saying you were too tight? Did you get a fill that was too tight or did you just fail to eat properly(like a bandster)?

  • I got a fill and was to tight, so they took all the fluid out. I need to get back to eating more protein, less crap.

I'm sorry to hear that. Why did you have to get the unfill, and what were you eating? Whatever the case, you will be fine. Like Suebee said, you've done it before, and you'll do it again. Just get back up, don't stay down, and just remeber where you were when you started and how you felt about yourself. That should motivate you to never want to be that person again. Good luck, and all is well. God bless. :)
