Today i start pre op diet

I've been on a diet for a week today I'm starting my pre op diet. Protein shake and salad for dinner. Let see how this goes. Starting weight 325 :-( Having surgery April 26th :-)

    Good luck!! I'm having surgery on the 26th too, but Ive been on liquid diet since the 12th :) it's going way better than expected!! I can have one small meal, and 2 Protein Shakes, but unlimited veggies, chicken broth, and jello..which is why its going ok lol, so I'm glad for that!! Haha
