First Fill Today

Had surgery Feb 22nd..first fill today.Went the majority of the day not hungry at all..had some oatmeal and chicken broth and a little Gatorade.Just got home from work and had a mashed potato cup and I ate slowly...still feel kinda hungry. I'm kinda worried there might not be enough resistance...any tips on what to do to feel fuller? But it has been good today for the most part...how can I tell if I need to go have more put in...eat something like bread to see how much resistance? I know that sounds crazy but any suggestions are welcome

I had surgery a month before you and it has taken four fills to get me to 3.5ccs and I'm just now starting to feel my band. my Dr told me I probably wouldn't feel anything until around 4. since he told me that I wasn't discouraged when I felt no difference after those first fills. don't force it. like my Dr keeps telling me, this is a marathon not a sprint. I know it's frustrating. hang in there and don't eat something to try to feel restriction. causing damage isn't worth it.
