Wow I am really surprised nobody liked the post. Everyone knows how to read nutrition labels? Maybe I should have written a comment. This link explains in detail how you read nutrition labels on all of your food as well as some additional info. Please take a look if you have a chance. Hope it helps someone out in chat land.
