My tastes have really changed since I had surgery. I think it's as a result of my drastic diet change overall.

I absolutely love salads. I crave them. I keep a variety of low fat and fat free dressing in the house, too. If someone had told me before surgery I'd be craving salads, I'd have burst into hysterical laughter lol.

I've always been a big cheese fan, the only difference is now I try to stick to the lower fat brands. Thankfully, they still taste excellent. The Laughing Cow and Babybel cheeses are wonderful too. Perfect snack size.

One of my most common quickie meals is jazzed up chili. I take 2/3 cup 98% fat free turkey chili with Beans and mix in 1 tablespoon of low fat cream cheese. I then sprinkle some low fat shredded cheese over the top and heat it up. It's quick, it's easy, and it tastes so good but it's very low calorie and high Protein.

Please feel free to join my recipe group. I have tons of recipes and if you are looking for something I don't have I can find them for you. Just friend me in Facebook at hely lb. Anyone is welcome!!
