Down 18 lbs!

Ya hoo! Down 25lbs total. 7lbs before pre-op, 16lbs during pre-op and 2lbs since surgery on Friday. I feel great! People are already noticing my face slimming down. This really drives me to keep going!

In other news...have a business trip coming up this Sunday. I will be in the puree stage of eating so I stocked up on organic pureed baby food for the trip. This will make it interesting!!

Happy Wednesday Everyone!!

Did you know that full-service restaurants have at least one blender or food processor on hand and can puree your food if you ask nicely?

oh, Thansk Jean!! I did not know that. That could make the trip much more enjoyable!! :)

When traveling on a puree diet, I also like to order thick, creamy soups like crab bisque. For breakfast you can usually find yogurt and cottage cheese, but I bring protein powder with me just in case. I buy milk at the hotel shop or a nearby convenience store, mix it with the powder, and I'm good to go. Just ignore the dessert menu with all the exotic ice cream or gelato flavors!

Baby food is really nasty! If I had a baby I would make all the food at home. I have friends who also had restaurants puree foods for them. You also can take things like tuna, beans and what Jean said.

Awesome !! So happy for the weight loss for you
