Get yourself a food processor and blend (puree) anything within reason your heart desires. My DH thought I was insane when I was in the mushie stage. I pureed cheeseburgers, pizza, spaghetti and everything I served him for dinner or lunch. Variety is the key to success, so don't limit yourself, just use your imagination. Best of luck!

~The following foods are on my mushy food stage from my surgeon ~

1. refriedbeans toped with cheese

2. cottage cheese & soft low fat cheeses

3. pudding

4. cream of wheat/grits(Sorry I'm from Mississippi) HAHA!!!

5. yogurt

6. Jello

7. mashed potatoes

8. scrambled eggs

9. Tuna

10.Plain crackers

11. lowfat milk

12. soups(cream or pureed)

~Anything that you can blend or puree fruit/vegtables/soups/meats...as long as it turns to mush you can eat it!!! Good luck!!

Pam - when you blended the hamburger..did you include cheese, bun, mustard, ketchup?? I'm so curious! I'm totally ready to try it. :(
