Got aquestion!!!

Do any of you have days where u can eat normal (no stuck episodes) then a few days later eat same things and get stuck? Today my band won't even let me eat tiny bites of chicken and no veggies!!! I don't understand this. Is this normal!! It makes no sence to me. Plz help if anyone knows why this happens. Thank you

Totally normal!! Some days r tighter than others. I go with shakes and quest bars on those days, mushy foods also. Hot liquid helps. Good luck!

Thanks y'all. I was thinking maybe I eat too fast or whatever. It's weird how It does. Yesterday I ate lunch no problem then last night couldn't !! I will do shakes on those weird days too. Good idea!! Thanks again

I asked my surgeon this question today. He said that is normal. Some days the band is tighter than other days.
