I need suggestions on good supplements. I am on full liquid diet stage and want to add more protein. Right now I have EAS Carb control shake. What's you favorite??!

I love the Unjury Chocolate Splendor ( you can buy online) 21 Gram of protien per serving

Atkins premade drinks are my absolute favorite and have 15 grams of protein and like 2 carbs. I also LOVE muscle milk with 25 grams of protien and is delicious, however a little pricey.

I bought Premier Protein from Sam's. It has 30G of protein and 4 carbs. They have chocolate and vanilla..both are good. I also tried Whey Protein from Wal-mart...It's in a big jar like thing..the chocolate is AMAZING...I think it has 26g of protein. They ALSO make protein shots at wal-mart that are good to flavor water with.

Premier ready to drink very good tasting and only 160 cals for 30 g protein.

I love the EAS products. They are hight in protene without being too high in cals.

Atkins is really good. Goodluck with your full liquids. It becomes a breeze after 1 week. Your mind catches up with your body after a few trials and error. #Heres to good health!
