I use Bariatric Advantage chewable calcium, you can order online. If you set up a monthly auto shipment, there is no shipping charge. The lemon is great. I shop around on the Internet for my multivitamin. Right now I am taking the Centrum chewable bursts. They are like little jawbreaker balls, but soft after the first crunch. I take a b complex, but no added iron. Look at drugstore.com, Walmart, Walgreens and CVS. They all run vitamin specials. You can get the non chewable of most things in a small pill too, you just have to hunt for them. I do like the calcium and multi chewables though.

Unjury makes a band-formulated chewable multivitamin. I have a bottle on order but honestly feel like I'm flying blind with the vitamins. I agree with the precious statements about Bariatric Advantage calcium chewables. Chocolate is also very good.

those vitamins aren't so great! anything really works. go to a GNC or VitaWorld get some chewable... it's all the same. just some are more pricey! Good luck on your journey!!

I have a Bariatric Multi-Vitamin, and a Caltrate Chewable Calcium & Vitamin D and Nature's Valley Vitamin B-12 2,500 mg's.

I take 1 Vitamin, 1 Calcium and 2 B12's daily. All chewable

I take a chewable vitamin, caltrate chocolate chews and biotin.
