We entertained over the weekend and A LOT of junk food ended up making its way to my kitchen. I snacked on some of it yesterday... and the effects showed up on the scale this morning. So, I went straight downstairs, dumped chips, dips, cookies, peanuts, etc. down the garbage disposal. Some (my dh included if he knew
