2 1/2 months out

Everyone was telling me they could tell I was getting smaller I couldn't tell so I took a picture to compare and there is a difference!!!!! I am so excited:))))!!!!

I have found that it takes a while for our brains to catch up with the weight loss. We are so critical of ourselves. Comparing pictures is a great way to see it. Congratulations on the w eight loss so far! Keep it up!
