Each doctor varies greatly. Call yours to check in. I will tell you that my calories intake the first several weeks was very low. It will increase as you add in more healthy foods.

Yes, you should check with your dr. However, I am 35 days out and consistently between 1000 and 1200. I put everything into Sparkpeople. That way I can keep track of my protein.

I am almost 30 days out and I have between 780-950 a day. i get between 65-85 grams of protein a day. But check with your doctor just in case. Every doctor does stages similar but different. Cheers
