Sinus infection....

I have a sinus infection I have not been able to get anything down

I think it's because of flem draining in my pouch

Has anybody had this happen?

Even when I don't eat I still get that stuck feeling and throw up

Flem is what cames up.

Never had this happen before....

      Mucinex dm liquid that will thin out the mucus so u can cough or blow it out... And use a netti pot to clear after the mucus thins

      Have you tried a Netti pot? Cleans your sinuses out. They really help healing. Hope you feel better.
